The bangles are crocheted by hand. They are made in fine brass wire which is silver plated and oxidised to a warm hues of grey and burnt copper.

Italian born Milena Zu, residing in Indonesia, works with local artisans who are masters in an ancient crocheting technique.  Each of Milena Zu’s jewellery pieces are crocheted completely by hand. No machine can do this work, so each piece you receive will be completely unique. Milena sources ethical materials and no harsh chemicals are used in the production of her beautiful pieces.

These Antares double bracelets by Milena Zu are 5mm wide and have an internal circumference of 19cm. This is a medium-large size. They have some flexibility in them and can stretch a little when rolled over your hand.
