Intriguing and unusual earrings from Milena Zu.

These Milena Zu earrings are made with two round discs which are folded over and attached to a long earwire hook. The discs are crocheted from fine brass wire which has been oxidised and gold plated. Because of where they are bent, the gold front is slightly smaller than the dark back which frames the gold beautifully and gives depth to the earrings.

Italian born jewellery designer Milena Zu now resides in Indonesia where she works with local artisans who are masters in this ancient technique of crocheted jewellery.

The earrings hang approx. 52mm long and are 35mm wide. As each earring is handmade, each pair may have slight variations and the photos are representative of what you will receive.
