A pair of large unique earrings by Milena Zu.

These square Regulus earrings are bold and unique. The earrings are crocheted by hand in fine stainless steel wire which is plated in silver and oxidised to a darker, steely grey colour. Despite the darker tones, the metal sparkles in the light with a beautiful shimmering effect.

Milena Zu is famous for her mesh jewellery. She grew up in Italy in an artistic family and during her travels came through Ubud where she came across the local artisans who mastered an ancient technique of crocheting with metal wires. Their skills has been passed down through generations and Milena now works with the artisans who crochet her modern designs and bring her vision to life.

The earrings are approx. 30mm x 35mm and hang 45mm from your ear.
