This Algol ring is made in brass and very fine crocheted brass wire. The brass is then plated in silver and partly oxidised to a dark tone to create that raw edginess.

Italian born jewellery designer Milena Zu, who now resides in Ubud, Bali, works with local artisans who are masters in an ancient crocheting technique. Their skills and Milena’s design flair form the basis for some amazing creations. Each of Milena’s pieces is crocheted completely by hand. No machine can do this work, so your piece will be completely unique.
