To help our international customers, we have a currency selector on the toolbar and you can choose to view prices in USD or EURO.

This is an indicative conversion to USD or Euro as our prices are based in Australian dollars. Any purchase will go through to your bank in Australian dollars and your bank or payment merchant will convert at their own exchange rate. Their rate may differ slightly to our rate and in that case you will see a slight difference in the final amount.


International shipments may be subject to customs inspections as well as duties and taxes. These are governed by the laws of the importing country and unfortunately any such expenses are out of our control and the responsibility of the buyer.

Do you want us to ship to a different country to where you live?

Some countries have fraud prevention laws which prevent PayPal from processing an order with a shipping country different to where you live.

If you live outside Australia and want to buy silver jewellery online from us, and want us to ship it to an address here in Australia or to a third country, we recommend using the Secure Credit Card payment option. If you prefer to go through PayPal, then the laws of your country will determine whether you are able to complete your purchase through PayPal on our site. If PayPal rejects it, don’t worry, we can instead send you a PayPal invoice.

  • Send us an email with your purchase details, billing and shipping address and any message you want us to write in a gift card.
  • We will send you a PayPal invoice which you can pay through your PayPal account.
  • You will receive a confirmation from PayPal and from Crowded Silver.

We ship worldwide and the delivery times depend on the destination and time of year and are unfortunately out of our control. Parcels may also be held briefly by Customs in the receiving country pending clearance and this is also out of our control.

We send with Australia Post’s Track and Trace service which should take between 4-14 business days.

The cost will be calculated during checkout depending on your zone, but is between AUD25-AUD40.
