Returns & Exchanges

We want all our customers to be happy with their online jewellery purchase and be confident purchasing from us and we therefore accept returns up to 14 days after you have received your purchase.

Christmas presents bought during December will have an extended return period until the end of January.

If returning silver jewellery items to us, you need to notify us by email within 7 days of receipt of your order and quote your order number and the reason for your return. The item cannot have been worn and must be returned in its original condition with a copy of the invoice within 14 days of receipt of goods. The jewellery must be packaged safely to avoid any damage and we recommend you return it in the same manner you received it. Please note that express post and registered mail packaging cannot be reused. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received and accepted the item for return. We can refund either by way of original payment, exchange or an online gift voucher.

Shipping and gift wrapping costs will not be refunded and the return cost will be yours. Although we do take the utmost care, should you return an item because it was damaged in the mail to you or you were sent the wrong item, we will send you a new/correct item and your return costs will be paid by us. If we are not able to replace it, you will receive a full refund including initial shipping and any gift wrapping costs.

We take no responsibility for items returned to us outside of the 14 days or for parcels lost or damaged during transit. If you are concerned, you may wish to insure the parcel.
