A contemporary mesh necklace by Milena Zu from her Regulus range.

Milena Zu’s jewellery is contemporary and edgy and beautifully made using ancient crocheting techniques. Milena is an Italian jeweller who during her travels came across local artisans in Ubud, Indonesia, who were experts at this crocheting method. Milena knew then her vision for a jewellery range and she now resides in Ubud and in collaboration with the local people create her truly unique jewellery.

This mesh necklace is made of fine stainless steel wire crocheted into 3 squares with the largest being 60 x 60mm and the smallest 35 x 35mm. The total length of the squares is 14cm and they hang on grey suede leather cords 37cm long. This equates to about a 100cm long chain.
